Good to know

Is my voice recording actually private?
Yes, genuinely, not just as marketing language. Your recorded audio is saved only in local storage on your own phone, and it's transcribed to text right there on your device too. Neither the audio nor the transcript is ever uploaded to any server we run. The only things that sync are simple usage numbers (word count and minutes journaled), so your coins and streaks stay backed up.
Do I need an internet connection to journal?
No. Recording and transcription both happen entirely on your device, so you can journal with no signal at all. An internet connection is only needed later, to sync your usage numbers and keep your coins/streaks backed up to your account.
What exactly does Premium unlock?
A longer maximum recording length per entry, the ability to pause and resume while recording, tap-to-jump navigation when playing back an entry, and double the coins per entry (20 instead of 10) so you furnish your room faster. It's a one-time $9.99 purchase. See the Pricing section above.
Is this a subscription?
No. Premium is a single one-time payment of $9.99. Once you buy it, it's yours for as long as you use the app, no recurring charges, and no losing access if pricing changes later.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email support@gossiprabbit.space and we'll delete your account and everything tied to it. Since your voice recordings only ever lived on your own device, deleting the app itself already removes those.
What platforms does this work on?
Gossip Rabbit is available on Android right now. iOS is planned but not available yet. If you'd like to know when it ships, keep an eye on this page or our support email.
