1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gossip Rabbit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Who can use Gossip Rabbit

Gossip Rabbit is not directed at children under 13, and you shouldn't use it if you're under 13. If you're between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for whatever happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in secure.
• You agree to give accurate information when creating an account, and to keep it reasonably up to date.
• You can request deletion of your account at any time. See our Delete My Account page for how.

4. Your journal content

Everything you record, write, or attach in Gossip Rabbit (voice entries, transcribed text, photos, mood picks) belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over your journal content, and as explained in our Privacy Policy, your raw voice recordings and photos never leave your device in the first place.

You're responsible for what you record. Don't use Gossip Rabbit to create, store, or share anything illegal, or content that violates someone else's rights.

5. Purchases and Premium

• Premium is a one-time purchase, currently priced at $9.99, that unlocks longer recordings, pause/resume while recording, tap-to-jump during playback, and a doubled coin-earning rate. It is not a subscription. You pay once and keep Premium for as long as you use the app.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing (and, once available, Apple's equivalent) through RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details.
• Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's (or Apple's) own refund policy, since they process the transaction. We don't have a separate refund process on top of that.
• In-app "coins" earned through journaling have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are used only to unlock cosmetic accessories and clothing within the app.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Try to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the app or the services it depends on.
• Use Gossip Rabbit to harass, threaten, or harm anyone else.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
• Use the app for anything illegal under the laws that apply to you.

We can suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

7. No professional advice

Gossip Rabbit is a personal journaling tool, not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. If you're going through something serious, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis service in your area.

8. "As is," and our limits

We work hard to keep Gossip Rabbit reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available forever. The app is provided "as is," without warranties beyond what the law requires. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of locally-stored recordings or photos, since those live only on your device and aren't backed up by us (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Changes to the app or these terms

We may update Gossip Rabbit (adding, changing, or removing features) and may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the update.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Gossip Rabbit and delete your account at any time (see Delete My Account). We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
